How to increase the apartment
Creating something massive, the manufacturer focuses on general needs and does not take into account the individual desires of people. This also applies to housing in high-rise buildings.
More people live in identical houses and in similar apartments. Almost everyone knows that there are apartments that have names, in connection with which houses they are in, when these houses were built and what layouts they have. The apartments are divided into “Khrushchev”, “Stalin”, “Czech”, “gostinka”, “small families”. Of the full-fledged apartments, Khrushchev is considered the most unsuccessful layout. There are many disadvantages: a very small kitchen, low ceilings, cramped rooms. But as they say: nothing is impossible. Even from the most ordinary layout, you can make yourself and your family comfortable and cozy, and most importantly, with a pronounced individuality of the corners.
Before you start creating the perfect home, you should be fully aware of what you want to do, remake, down to the smallest detail. This will save time and money.
Let’s highlight the biggest drawback of the “Khrushchev” – the area, in most cases it is small. The ideal solution to increase the area is redevelopment. Very often they combine the kitchen with the hallway and a large room, making kitchen studios that are very popular among the population.
In order to somehow conditionally visually separate the territory of the kitchen, you can choose different floor coverings in the kitchen and in the room.
Combining with a / node can be effective – this will provide more space, plus the opportunity to put a washing machine. If desired, you can change the bathroom to the shower (but this is purely individual).
To create the illusion of a large space, choose glossy materials for decoration.
Try to make your apartment as versatile as possible, this effect can be achieved with all kinds of partitions that move apart, put stained glass windows or glass blocks.
If you decide to do a redevelopment of your residential real estate, it is worth contacting licensed specialists who will tell you which wall can be broken or moved. This is necessary in the first place in order to then be able to legitimize your redevelopment.
But if such radical methods are not for you, use decorative techniques. Just choose the style in which you want to see your home and go. Just remember a few rules: if the area of the room is small, then glue light wallpaper, if it is a kitchen, then ceramic tiles come in handy, but by no means a finish that immediately conceals the space, for example: stucco molding. Use mirrored wardrobes that visually increase the space.
